Additional information is gathered from other sources to complement the information gathered in the Discovery Experience.

With this information BMI creates The Breakthrough Gameplan, which consists of:

Your company’s objectives

A strategy and path for obtaining these objectives

A justification plan to show why this path is a wise choice

A plan and path for moving forward.

Once this Breakthrough Gameplan is created, BMI meets with the people in your company who need to understand the plan. At this meeting the Gameplan is discussed, questions and concerns are addressed, adjustments are made (if necessary), and a decision to move forward is made.
