The Implementation Process™

Once the client chooses to move forward, BMI creates a Project Scope and Implementation Plan to identify the elements of the project and the steps that will be followed during the project. This step is a vital part of the success of the project because it communicates key process information, identifies the order of and responsible parties for each step, and helps create realistic expectations.

After reviewing the Project Scope and Implementation Plan, software and hardware are delivered for installation. The software and hardware are installed, configured according to the Project Scope and Implementation Plan, and then tested. The Implementation Plan is reviewed and updated throughout the entire process.
