The
Knowledge Transfer™
Once
the system is in place and complete, the Knowledge Transfer begins.
The first step is to create a Knowledge Transfer Plan. BMI and the
customer discuss the needs of End-Users, Managers, and System Administrators
and create a plan to meet those needs. Knowledge Transfer Sessions
for End-Users are typically done in small groups with individual
follow-up sessions scheduled as needed. Manager and System Administrator
sessions can be done individually or in groups—on-site or
at BMI. Follow-up sessions are scheduled on a regular basis to guarantee
success.
