During the Discovery Experience, BMI takes the time to understand its customer, what the customer’s current situation is, and where the customer wants to go in the future. BMI helps to identify dangers, opportunities, and strengths particular to the customer's current situation.

As part of this process, BMI evaluates the following areas for possible bottlenecks or productivity enhancement opportunities:

  • Paper-based filing systems 
  • Paper-based workflow processes
  • Data entry processes
  • Sharing of information between existing systems, e.g., A/R, A/P, HR, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), etc.
  • Team processes
  • Personal productivity

BMI then collects information to be analyzed later, educates about technologies and services that may be of benefit, and also demonstrates possible solutions. Questions that may come up are answered along the way.
